At Twinkklzz, every product goes through a strict quality check before shipping. Since we are a small business, we allow returns only for damaged or defective items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be damaged/defective on arrival.
- A 360° package opening video (from the moment the parcel is unopened till the product is shown clearly) must be provided as proof.
- A parcel opening video is mandatory for return/exchange requests.
- The video must be taken in one single shot from the moment the package is received, showing the parcel in sealed condition, opening, and product inside.
- We do not accept tampered or staged videos (example: parcels already opened, re-packed/patched, and then recorded). Such videos will be treated as invalid and claims will not be encouraged.
The item must be returned in the same condition received, with tags and original packaging within 24 hours.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind / personal dislike
- Size issues or fitting concerns
- Color or style preference
- Any reason other than product damage/defect
Without the 360° opening video, we will not be able to accept return claims.

- Your order ID
- 360° opening video proof
- Clear description of the issue
2. Once approved, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchange Eligiblity
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges are allowed only for bangle size issues.
- A return/exchange request must be raised via WhatsApp 7395876848 or website inbox within 24 hours of delivery. (strictly no call)

Return shipping and reshipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

If the requested size is not available, you may choose another product of the same or higher price (price difference to be paid by you).
