At Twinkklzz, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.


Return Eligibility

  • Item must be damaged or defective upon delivery
  • A 360° parcel opening video is mandatory as proof
  • Video must be recorded in one continuous shot, showing:
    • Sealed parcel
    • Unboxing process
    • Product clearly with issue

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Must include original tags & packaging
  • Must be shipped within 48 hours of approval

⚠️ Important:

  • Tampered or edited videos will be rejected
  • Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted or responded to

  • Any non-damage related reason

Shipping Charges

Store Credit Policy

  • If return or exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued
  • If the ordered product is unavailable or has a manufacturing defect, store credit may be provided

Validity

  • Store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Usage

  • Can be used to purchase any product on the website
  • Valid for the same amount as the original order value
